Jenny Mosier, CEO of Defeat DIPG Foundation, describes her experience with her son Michael, how their foundation began, and the importance of awareness. In 2016 she began with the Governor of Maryland to have the first DIPG Awareness Day, May 17th, in Maryland. Her son Michael passed away on May 17, 2015, after setting a record in fundraising for the Annual “Race for Hope” benefitting the National Brain Tumor Society.
